What is included in the price? and are there any hidden charges?
The monthly rent is fully inclusive of ALL bills. This includes gas and electricity, water, Broadband Internet (wireless connection) and local and national telephone calls. There are no hidden fees, it’s that simple!

Do your properties meet Health and Saftey Regulations?
Our properties comply with all environment, health and saftey regulations. All landlords when renting rooms in an HMO (House in Multiple Occupation), must comply with these regulations. You can visit the following link for more information: Slough Council HMO

How long do I have to stay?
The minimum contract period is usually 6 months, although we can accommodate 3 month contracts depending on your situation. Please call us to find out more. If you would like to leave after your initial contract period we require 1 month’s written notice. Providing that you have left the accommodation as you found it we will return your deposit.

What are the other tenants like in your houses?
All the other tenants are professional people. Many are from the larger employers in Slough such as, Blackberry, LG, Lego, Leaseplan, and O2. We do not rent to students, under 18 year olds or people on DSS.

How soon can I move in?
If you meet our criteria, you can move in as soon as you pay your first months rent and the required deposit.
